I would like to thank Sue Ranieri for her help in both buying our new home and selling the old home.

Sue was very professional, and her years of experience helped us throughout the 7-month process, but more importantly, she was warm, friendly, and caring all along the way. She always put our needs above hers and was a calming influence when things got difficult with the sale.

The buying process for our new home was quite easy. Sue gave us great advice on the offer, and it went straight along and closed quickly and easily in December.

The selling process, on the other hand, was very difficult, as we failed title 5. It was quite a challenge to get the new septic, new well, and new driveway planned and installed, and inspected during the winter months. Again, Sue was looking out for us and helped us to choose contractors and used her contacts in the industry to help move things along. It was very complicated and took much longer than any of us had expected.

Sue helped us with appropriate pricing and open houses twice, as the first buyer walked away due to the time involved in resolving title 5. The second attempt at selling after all the work had been done went very smoothly and Sue was there for us all the way. We closed on June 16th.

I have strongly recommended Sue to anyone who has spoken to me about either buying or selling and will be happy to give recommendations.
